Executive Suites, in addition to the traditional furniture include a full kitchenette with cabinetry, counter top, sink, refrigerator and microwave, an individual heat and air system, large screen wall mounted TV and largest private bathroom.

All lease pricing is for Academic year (August 24th to June 25th) or full year . Shorter leases may have a premium assigned depending on length of lease. There is no long term discount. Short term is considered anything less then 4 months.
PARKING
Parking is $80/month and requires a reservation made at the time of lease. Optional parking is available across the street at the Campus Security Highrise Parking Facility. Please contact University of Delaware Parking Authority.
LEASING
All leases require the first two months lease paid prior to arrival. Resident is to have a viable Credit card on file for charging. All leases are due between the 20th and 24th of each month, a penalty of $60 is due for any lease not paid by the 24th. All rooms are to be left as clean as they were on first arrival. An initiation fee of $40 is due for all leases, paid with the first two month lease. A $20 dollar linens fee is required for large groups and foreign students or those requiring sheets, pillow, pillow case, blanket, towel. The Linen is available for the term of the lease but are to be returned clean once replaced.
The INNternationale request all reservations be made a minimum of 60 days in advance. In some cases a student or visiting faculty member will not have the 60 day grace period for reservation. In this case all efforts will be made to secure a reservation however the costs of the 1st two month period of stay will be required 30 days prior to the arrival unless approved in writing otherwise. The INNternationale will accept checks, money orders, bank wire, Master card or Visa for the initial payment, however a valid credit card is required to be on file during the term of the lease within one week of arrival, and will be charged automatically every month between the 20th and 26th . Each resident is required to have their card open for charging during these days. Checks are to be made out to “Independent Holdings Management LLC. When planning your stay please reserve your room as far ahead as possible to assure the requested accommodations, especially if you have interest in the Spoken Language program.
